In 2016 I created a series of posts on Dare to be a Daniel, based on a sermon I had developed and given a
few years prior (along with some additions).
Looking at the life of this Old Testament prophet is enlightening. He was a man of great integrity, who counted
the cost of following the Lord and determined to stay true to Him no matter the
cost. The Lord rewarded Daniel’s faith
and used him mightily—influencing pagan leaders while working in the highest
levels of the government. We can learn
much from Daniel’s life.
I have created this page as a central location for this important
series of posts. As we can learn from
Daniel’s life, we must determine before-hand how we will respond when things
get “hard” all because we follow the Lord.

It is my prayer that the above posts will
feed and grow your faith in God, the Creator of the world and everything in
it. He loves each person so much and has
a plan for each life. He truly does
desire a relationship with each person; however, He is a gentleman and does not
force Himself on anyone.
