WORSHIP TIME!
WORSHIP THE LORD WITH ME!
God desires our worship. Ideally, our worship should occur more
frequently than on Sundays; we are to worship throughout the week. Worshiping God can be beneficial to our
well-being, reducing stress and anxiety—refocusing our thoughts on One greater
than all of our troubles.
This week, for a change of pace, let us
worship the Lord!
Serve the LORD with
gladness: come before his presence with singing.
(Psalm 100:2 KJV)
Every day will I
bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever. (Psalm 145:2 KJV)
Come, Now is the Time to Worship
I Will Enter His Gates
Enter into his gates
with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and
bless his name. (Psalm 100:4 KJV)
This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will
rejoice and be glad in it.
(Psalm 118:24 KJV)
This is the Day
How
do you worship the Lord throughout the week?
What
is your favorite worship song?
Please
join with me in prayer:
Precious
Lord, intellectually know that we are to worship You always. It is so easy in the hustle and bustle of
every day life to forget to give You the time and honor You deserve. Heighten
our awareness of Your presence all around us every moment of every day. Open our eyes and help us to see Your
creation with new eyes and worship You as Creator God. Thank You Lord, for the gift of worship and
for those who compose songs based on Scripture that help us to worship You in
refreshing ways. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

My Heart to Yours,

I have too many favorite worship songs to choose one, Kim! Just yesterday, we sang some praise songs for Virginia Rose who danced all around and tried to sing along with us. It was so precious to witness her unbridled enthusiasm and sheer joy at the music! Blessings, my friend!
ReplyDeleteMartha, I understand where you're coming from; I have many favorites too! Oh, I would have loved to see Virginia Rose dancing around and singing with her unbridled enthusiasm.
